Bio

Josh Mastracci serves as a Vice President at Hyde Park Capital. He leads the firm’s Sponsor Coverage efforts and supports the firm's mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising, and corporate finance efforts across a variety of industries, with a focus on businesses in Services sectors. Mr. Mastracci graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, is a member of The Florida Bar, and holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay chapter of the First Tee, and is actively involved in Ducks Unlimited of Tampa and the Valspar Championship and Reliaquest Bowl's charitable organizations.
