Hayden Boles serves as a Vice President at Hyde Park Capital. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Boles takes pride in maximizing deal value, terms, structure and fit for his clients. Mr. Boles is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in North Carolina and Florida. He is also licensed by FINRA and holds the Series 79 certification. Prior to his current role at Hyde Park Capital, Mr. Boles served as a Senior Associate for Dixon Hughes Goodman in their Private Equity Services practice group advising clients going through transactions, performing purchase price accounting, and conducting detailed financial statement audits. Mr. Boles, a North Carolina native, is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University’s Peacock School of Business where he graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Accounting in the Class of 2015 before returning to obtain his Masters of Science in Accounting in the Class of 2016.
