Mr. Marshall is a Managing Director and Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Equity Capital Markets Advisory practice. He advises both corporate and financial sponsor clients on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, capital raises, and sell-downs. He is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Marshall has over 15 years of corporate finance experience. During his career, he has worked on more than 80 successful transactions, raising in excess of $70 billion in equity on 12 different stock exchanges. This covers diverse experience across transaction type, size, sector, and role (both as independent adviser and syndicate bank). In addition, he also has experience advising on dual-track processes and demergers. Previously, Mr. Marshall was a Managing Director in the Equity Advisory team at Rothschild & Co. He joined Rothschild & Co in 2010 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked on the equity syndicate desk and in its UK Investment Banking team. Prior to this experience, he worked in equity or equity-linked capital markets roles at HSBC and Nomura, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant during his time at PwC. Mr. Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Nottingham.
