Mr. Dunfrund is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. With more than two decades of experience in M&A, private equity investing, and structured finance, Mr. Dunfrund manages corporate finance engagements for the firm involving buyside advisory, sellside advisory, and the private placement of debt and equity. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Dunfrund was a Partner in the private investment firm of Parker, Mulcahy and Associates, where he was responsible for controlling interest equity investments in middle-market companies. Previously, Mr. Dunfrund was a Senior Vice President in charge of corporate development at Zimmerman Holdings, Inc., a holding company of privately owned middle-market companies. He also spent three years in principal investing as a founding partner of West Coast Private Equity Partners. Mr. Dunfrund’s extensive experience in structured finance was obtained primarily at Wells Fargo Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President in charge of the Southern California Corporate Banking Division. Mr. Dunfrund received a B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and an M.S. in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
