Bio

Mr. Repka is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group and is primarily responsible for the firm’s coverage efforts in New York, Boston, and Canada. He is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Repka joined Houlihan Lokey in 2007 and was previously a senior member of the Industrials Group, leading a variety of sellside and buyside M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory mandates. In that role, he helped lead the firm’s Industrial Technologies practice and also closed numerous transactions in the environmental services sector. Over his career at Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Repka has executed and consummated in excess of 60 M&A transactions and financings. He has advised family/founder-owned companies, publicly traded entities, and financial sponsor-backed portfolio companies. Many of his transactions were cross-border, involving counterparties in countries such as Japan, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Notable M&A advisory clients include Cole-Parmer, Safety Technology Holdings, Charah, Advanced Integration Technology, GAL Manufacturing, and Industrial Safety Technologies. His private equity clients have included Golden Gate Capital, American Industrial Partners, Bridgepoint, H.I.G. Capital, Audax Group, Littlejohn & Co., Centerbridge, and many others. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Repka was a member of the industrials and mergers & acquisitions groups at KeyBanc Capital Markets, based in Cleveland and Seattle. Mr. Repka graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
