Bio

Mr. Collinson is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s European Consumer, Food & Retail Group. He is based in the firm’s London office. With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, primarily focused on the consumer goods sector, Mr. Collinson has advised clients across public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt capital markets, and leveraged finance. His clients include multinational corporations, publicly and privately owned middle-market companies, private equity firms, and family offices. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Collinson was a Managing Director in the Consumer & Retail Group at William Blair and European Co-Head of Consumer & Retail at Jefferies. He also held senior roles at RBS after beginning his investment banking career at Credit Suisse First Boston in 1996. Mr. Collinson holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Auckland and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
