Bio

Chris has over 25 years professional experience in investment banking, strategy, mergers and acquisitions (both sell-side and buy-side), private capital raises and transaction structuring. Chris has broad experience having worked across Australia, the UK and the US, however he has particular knowledge and expertise in retail, travel & tourism, services and technology. Before co-founding Henslow, Chris was the APAC CFO as well as head of Strategy and Acquisitions for WHSmith Plc, where he led the acquisitions of the Australian based Angus and Robertson and New Zealand based Whitcoulls, culminating in the divestment of the combined business to a large private equity firm. Before this, Chris was a director at Deloitte in the UK and New York.
