Bio

Anders has executed sales, mergers, capital raises, and divestitures for entrepreneurs, private equity groups, venture capital firms, and public companies. Many of his past transactions have involved software and SaaS enterprises. Before joining Hennepin Partners in 2020, Anders spent five years at Cascadia Capital where he helped to consummate nearly 20 transactions, and two years at Xcel Energy where he was involved in capital raises and capital spending as part of Xcel’s corporate finance team. Early in his career, Anders worked for JPMorgan in Boston. Anders holds BS and MBA degrees from Bentley University.
