Michelle joined Haywood in 2007 with extensive financial industry experience. Haywood Securities' Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division is pivotal in connecting Haywood clients to focused investment opportunities. Led by Michelle, the group handles all aspects of the marketing, distribution, and reporting of new issues that are either sourced through Haywood or other Canadian Dealers, and IIROC member firms. The ECM division provides clients with Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Offerings and a variety of Private Placements that are related to our core competencies of mining, oil and gas, technology, biotechnology and special situations.
