Bio

Mr. Denoncourt is a director in the Harris Williams Industrials Group. He has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries, including building products and materials, industrial services, and manufacturing, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Denoncourt worked for PwC. Mr. Denoncourt earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and MAcc and B.S. (summa cum laude) degrees in accounting from Virginia Tech.
