Bio

Mr. Döring is a director in Harris Williams’ Frankfurt office. Throughout his career, Mr. Döring has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth equity transactions, divestitures, and joint ventures across a variety of industries including diversified industrials, healthcare, rail and transportation, and energy and power, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he worked in the M&A department of Daiwa Corporate Advisory (formerly Close Brothers). Mr. Döring earned a MSc. in Corporate and International Finance with Distinction from The University of Durham and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
