Bio

Mr. Engelhardt is a vice president in the Harris Williams Frankfurt office. Throughout his career, Mr. Engelhardt has advised multinational and privately held, family owned companies on a range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, LBO, growth equity, fundraising and carve-outs. He has experience across a variety of industries, such as industrial technology, business services, chemicals and consumer products, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he worked in the M&A department of DC Advisory. Mr. Engelhardt holds a MSc in Management from ESCP Europe, France.
