Bio

Mr. Owens is a director in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group at Harris Williams. During his career, Mr. Owens has advised a diverse group of publicly-traded and privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and debt and equity capital raises. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Owens worked as an associate in the M&A Group at Credit Suisse, where he began his investment banking career as an analyst in the technology group in 2006. Previous experience also includes work as a summer associate at Huron Capital Partners. Mr. Owens earned an M.B.A. with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.B.A with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
