Bio

Mr. Petrick is a vice president in the Harris Williams Transportation & Logistics Group. He has advised a diverse group of publicly-traded and privately-held companies on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory assignments, primarily focused on third party logistics, with additional experience in transportation equipment, automotive aftermarket services and consumer & retail. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he was a senior investment banking analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Petrick earned his B.S. in both Finance and Economics from Pennsylvania State University, graduating with highest honors, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society.
