Mr. Lautemann is a director in the Industrials Group at Harris Williams. He has advised public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions across a range of Industrials sectors, including advanced manufacturing, chemicals, packaging, building products, and metals, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Lautemann worked in the Corporate Strategy Group at Charles Schwab and was a corporate banker with the Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Lautemann joined Harris Williams after the completion of an M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also earned a B.S.B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was elected into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic honors.
