Bio

Mr. Arendale has spent nearly his entire career advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate divesture activities as well as completing various strategic advisory engagements. He has nearly two decades of transaction experience in industries including industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, business services, energy and power, and consumer products and services. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Arendale was with Deloitte & Touche in their Corporate Strategy and Finance Practice, where he advised clients on a number of M&A, operations, and strategy related issues. Mr. Arendale earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Baylor University, cum laude.
