Bio

Mr. Waller is a director in the Harris Williams Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. He has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate advisory assignments across the energy, power, and infrastructure value chain, including engineering and construction, environmental services, utility services, energy efficiency, and oilfield services and equipment. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Waller was an associate vice president in the Transportation & Logistics Group at BB&T Capital Markets and a senior analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets and Western Reserve Partners. Mr. Waller earned a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and B.A. and M.A. in History from Youngstown State University.
