Mr. Szyndlar is a managing director in the firm's Technology Group focused on advising software and Internet businesses on M&A, recapitalization, and growth capital transactions. He has advised technology businesses across a variety of sectors including application, enterprise, and security software, data and analytics, Internet, and e-commerce. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Szyndlar worked at Robert W. Baird & Co. in Chicago, San Francisco, and Palo Alto and Citigroup in New York. He previously held a variety of engineering and leadership positions at General Motors. Mr. Szyndlar earned his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
