Bio

Mr. Kinard is a managing director in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group at Harris Williams. He has advised a diverse group of privately held and publicly traded companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Kinard worked in the Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs and served as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Kinard earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. While at Darden, he received the William Michael Shermet Award and the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence, and was chosen by his classmates to be the commencement speaker. Mr. Kinard earned a B.S. with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a concentration in finance.
