Bio

Mr. Spiller is a managing director in the Harris Williams Consumer Group. He has over 17 years of experience at Harris Williams and has advised clients on a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raise, and strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Spiller has experience across a variety of sectors within the consumer industry, including branded consumer products (including, but not limited to infant and juvenile, enthusiast, and lifestyle brands), consumer services, franchised businesses, multi-site/specialty retail, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, and education, amongst others. In addition to his experience within the consumer industry, Mr. Spiller has transaction experience across outsourced services, specialty distribution, industrial manufacturing, and other industries. Mr. Spiller spent nearly two years as a founding member of the firm’s office in London. Other prior experience includes work with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Spiller earned a B.S. with Distinction from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Latin from the College of Arts and Sciences.
