Bio

Mr. Carr is a director in the Harris Williams Industrials Group. He has advised a diverse group of publicly-traded and privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries, including packaging, specialty distribution, and advanced manufacturing, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he was a senior associate at UBP Asset Management and an investment banking analyst in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Citigroup. Mr. Carr joined Harris Williams following the completion of his M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Business Society. He earned his B.A. in Political Economy from the College of Arts and Sciences at Georgetown University.
