Bio

Mr. Basmajian is a director in Harris Williams' Business Services Group. Mr. Basmajian has advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Basmajian worked in the Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse and in Sales and Trading at Bear Stearns. Mr. Basmajian earned an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the College of William and Mary.
