Mr. Warczak is a director in the Consumer Group at Harris Williams. Mr. Warczak joined the firm’s Minneapolis office in 2014 and has over 10 years of M&A experience. Within the consumer sector, Mr. Warczak focuses on food & beverage and has experience across several sub-verticals including ingredients, produce, bakery, branded, private label & co-manufacturing, and distribution. Previous experience includes work at Lazard Middle Market and Imperial Capital. Mr. Warczak earned a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance and Accounting from Marquette University. He also serves on the Boards of 360 Communities and Green Minneapolis, both Twin Cities-based charitable organizations.
