Mr. Leed is a director in Harris Williams’ Technology Group focused on advising leading software and Internet businesses on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalization, and growth capital transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Leed has advised technology businesses across a variety of sectors including software/SaaS and digital media, in verticals including supply chain and logistics IT, industrial software, education technology, healthcare IT, and energy technology, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Leed was a senior manager in the transaction advisory services practice at RSM U.S., where he advised private equity firms and public companies on both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across numerous industries, including technology, business services, healthcare, and government services. Mr. Leed earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
