Twenty-five plus years’ experience as an investment banker to middle market companies. Completed hundreds of M&A transactions, IPOs, follow-on financings and general investment banking services. Currently Managing Partner at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company LLC, a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm. Prior to founding MHH served as Executive VP and head of equity capital markets for Commerce Bancorp as well as co-director of investment banking for Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. Prior to joining JMS, was a founding partner of the investment banking firm Foley Mufson Howe & Company, which was acquired by JMS. Previously was Director of Corporate Finance at Wheat First Butcher Singer and has served as principal in both Venture and Private Equity funds. Received a B.A. and M.B.A. from George Washington University.
