Bio

Mr. Langenhagen joined Greenhill in 2021. He principally advises clients in the software sector. Prior to joining Greenhill, Rodd was a Managing Director and co-led the software group at Pacific Crest Securities, where he provided M&A advisory and equity underwriting services focused on SaaS and infrastructure/security software globally. Prior to that, Rodd was a senior Managing Director at Revolution Partners, a boutique software M&A advisory firm that was successfully acquired after 7 years of growth. He began his career in Silicon Valley at specialist technology M&A advisory firm Broadview International and subsequently launched the firm’s office in Boston. Rodd holds an BSE in Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
