Brian Greenberg is one of the most experienced strategic advisors in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), and related BPO and Specialty Finance sectors. For nearly 20 years, he has specialized in advising executives and investors regarding M&A, raising capital, business strategy and valuation. Mr. Greenberg’s clients and comprehensive relationships span all aspects of these sectors including a wide variety of service and technology providers, billing and coding firms, eligibility companies, contingency collection agencies, healthcare analytics firms, debt purchasers, patient finance firms, third party liability and denials management firms, senior executives seeking to create a platform company, collection law firms and legal networks, call centers and other business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, in addition to relationships globally with qualified strategic and financial investors specifically interested in these types of businesses. He and his teams have completed approximately 125 transactions, creating value well in excess of $1.5 billion, with clients such as Sallie Mae, Florida Hospital, West Corp., GE Capital, H.I.G. Capital, and Thompson Street Capital Partners, as well as with many dozens of mid-market privately held companies. Mr. Greenberg began his M&A career with Weaver Partners, where he focused on cross-border transactions for clients worldwide. He has gone on to build and lead M&A practices at Kaulkin Ginsberg (1996 to 2006) and Milestone Advisors (2006 to 2009)(now Houlihan Lokey), and in early 2009, founded Greenberg Advisors. Mr. Greenberg graduated from George Washington University with a degree in International Business and Marketing. He served four years in the United States Air Force as a German Linguist. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of ARMing Heroes, a not-for-profit dedicated to providing U.S. military veterans with financial assistance, and has served on the Advisory Board of Collections & Credit Risk’s news publications, and other boards. He is a frequent presenter at conferences in the US and abroad, a published author, and an often-quoted source in national and investment banking media.
