Melissa has over 14 years of experience in corporate and individual taxation and consults with companies to create value and manage risk. Melissa’s experience includes managing the relationships for family-owned and private equity backed companies with multi-national and multi-state presence to optimize tax planning. Melissa provides comprehensive business tax consulting and compliance services primarily in the manufacturing, distribution and technology industries.
