With more than 10 years of advisory experience, Brian is a managing director in Grant Thornton’s Advisory practice located in Charlotte, N.C. His areas of specialization include strategic planning and review, independent business plan review, business plan development and assessment, cash management, financial modeling and forecasting, and corporate bankruptcy advisory. Bonaviri has extensive experience in international business, including advising clients onsite in China, Israel and Saudi Arabia. He primarily advises clients in the healthcare and higher education sectors, although his advisory experience covers a wider range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, transportation, food and beverage, software, commercial real estate and not-for-profit.
