Yasmine is a Partner in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Group focused on large cap technology companies. She also co-leads coverage of blockchain and digital assets within the Investment Banking Division (IBD) and leads financing strategy for TMT. Yasmine advises companies on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, capital structure and activism defense. Previously, Yasmine was co-head of the West Coast Financing Group and head of the TMT Debt Capital Markets Group, where she was responsible for originating, structuring and executing public debt offerings, acquisition-related bridge financings and risk management solutions for clients.
