Qing Xu is a Managing Director of goetzpartners in China. He has over 17 years of working experience in investment banking and investment management areas in large multinational and Chinese large financial institutions. Prior to goetzpartners, he worked for Bank of Communication International, Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia, Deloitte Corporate Finance, etc. He specialized in cross-boarder M&A, equity & debt financing, IPO, privatization, international & domestic capital operation for multinational companies, state-owned enterprises and local private enterprise in Europe and China. He served major international and Chinese clients including Bank of Communication, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, CITICS Securities, China Resources Group, PRADA, L’Occitane, Lafarge, French SEB Group and more. He earned a Bachelor´s degree from Tongji University.
