Bio

Milan Saric is a Managing Director in the Munich office of goetzpartners. Since beginning his consulting career in 2005, Milan has focused on M&A, debt advice and carve-out corporate finance services. He has assisted leading TMT providers in the segments software, IT services, telecommunications hardware and software suppliers, industrial companies involved in high tech and IOT as well as e-commerce players. One of his other consulting focal points is assisting major companies with all transaction-related issues. Before joining goetzpartners, Milan Saric worked at PwC Corporate Finance. He was previously employed by a logistics company run by his parents. Milan Saric studied in industrial engineering at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of TU Darmstadt.
