Andreas Hering is a Director at goetzpartners in Munich who oversees digital technologies and venture capital. During his career, Mr Hering has gained extensive M&A experience in digital technologies and has advised a large number of clients about both acquisition and divestment projects as well as financing issues. His clients have included leading players in the media industry, private equity firms and growth funds located inside and outside Germany. At goetzpartners, he oversees the expansion of digital activities and early-phase financing issues related to venture capital. Before joining goetzpartners, Mr Hering worked at such companies as SAP, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Börse and Clearstream in Frankfurt and Luxembourg. Mr Hering studied business administration at the University of Mannheim.
