Bio

Antonio is a founding partner and the Sole Administrator of Gobbi & Associati S.p.A. He has extensive experience in the negotiation, evaluation, design and structuring of extraordinary transactions both at a national and international level. He has been advisor to a large number of clients during the acquisition or sale of companies in Italy and abroad, the sourcing of equity capital and/or debt capital and the creation of joint ventures or strategic alliances. He worked for twenty-five years as a professional accountant, auditor and court consultant, gaining in-depth experience in consulting activities, mainly targeting SMBs. Since 2003 he has devoted himself exclusively to M&A advisory activities.
