Bio

Born in 1963 and graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris, Hubert Chevrinais has more than twenty years of experience in M&A, IPO and financing, within corporates as well as within investment banks. At Gimar & Cie, he will especially be responsible for the telecommunications, media, technologies, aerospace and defense sectors. He has been Group VP Corporate Finance at STMicroelectronics since 2008 and has managed in this role a number of international M&A projects. From 2006 to 2008, he was a partner at Close Brothers in Paris, and beforehand an investment banker at UBS : in Paris between 2000 and 2006 in charge of advising corporates and in London between 1995 and 2000 as head of equity capital markets for France.
