Bio

Kirk is a Vice President with over 30 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, and venture finance. Kirk’s prior experience includes roles at Citigroup (Smith Barney), Silicon Valley Bank, and Lighthouse Capital Partners. Most recently, Kirk provided M&A and growth equity advisory services to companies in the software, semiconductor, fintech, and telecommunications and digital media sectors at Woodside Capital Partners. Over the course of his career Kirk has worked on LBOs, IPOs, secondary offerings, mezzanine and venture debt, and syndicated commercial loans. In addition, Kirk serves on the Board of Directors of Technology Credit Union. Other non-profit experience includes Chair of HBS Community Partners and member of the HBS Alumni Association of Northern California Board of Directors as well as Board Member of the Hiller Aviation Museum. Kirk earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in International Relations with distinction from Stanford University.
