Bio

Yuta is an Executive Officer at GCA Succession Corporation. He joined GCA in 2019. He has over 17 years of M&A advisory experience and led more than 50 deals to closing. Early in his career, Yuta engaged in a wide range of M&A advisory services including valuation, structuring, business/finance DD, PMI at a Big4 firm. In 2007, he joined Daiwa Securities SMBC, where he focused on consumer retail, advertisement, content, TMT and logistics sectors and advised various industry consolidation projects, TOB, MBO and anti-takeover deals. Yuta joined Deloitte in 2012, where, as senior vice president, he was involved in developing the M&A practice for middle market enterprises. He originated mid-cap deals and organized various sell-side deals, delivering one-stop service to diverse clients. Yuta graduated from Keio University with a degree in Management Engineering. He is a Certified Public Accountant of the United States.
