Bio

Phil joined GCA Altium in 1996 and ran the Manchester office between 2002 and 2007. He became UK Chief Executive in 2007 before taking the position of GCA Altium CEO in October 2010. Phil brings a wealth of experience from advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on over 80 transactions. Phil sits on GCA’s Global Board of Directors.
