Kerri Ford serves as Managing Director and Practice Leader of Technology and Business Services with a focus on tech-enabled services, business process outsourcing as well as managed and facilities services across the middle market. Kerri brings over twenty-five years of experience to G2 across M&A, private equity, financial services and business operations. Prior to joining G2, Kerri was a co-founder and partner of RunTide Capital, a private equity firm investing in growth-stage, tech-enabled businesses. As Senior VP of Corporate Strategy and Development for C&W Services, Kerri spearhead the firms’ M&A strategy. Before her time at C&W Services, she served as an Investment Professional for Baker Capital, a private equity investing in and advising digital communications, media and technology companies. Prior to Baker Capital Kerri was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, providing M&A and financial advisory services. Additionally, Kerri has distinct experience within international corporate finance and operations as well as serving on multiple corporate boards of directors.
