Jeffrey Unger, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of G2 Capital Advisors, is an accomplished Senior Executive, M&A advisor, and corporate restructuring specialist with significant, international experience. Jeffrey has successfully led organizations to profitability and exit strategies through both uptrend and downtrend cycles and has led or participated in over ninety M&A and financing transactions across several sectors to date. Jeffrey graduated from Harvard Business School’s OPM 37 and attended Boston University where he pursued a BA in International Relations. He currently serves as a board member and independent advisor to a number of technology and business services companies including, Rocket Farm, an early stage mobile applications software company. Jeffrey holds a series 62 and series 63 license.
