Eric Weber is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Freeman & Co. Mr. Weber joined Freeman & Co. in 1997. While completing transactions in a wide range of financial sectors, he has focused his efforts on building the firm’s expertise in the asset management sector as well as helping to launch the firm’s Private Equity, Trans Atlantic and Financial Technology coverage. Prior to joining Freeman & Co., Mr. Weber was a strategist and institutional consultant at Schafer Cullen Capital Management. Previously, he was a Vice President at Quan-Vest Consultants, an institutional investment consulting firm, where he was responsible for screening and monitoring investment managers. Mr. Weber was also a consultant with Williams, Thacher & Rand, a 401(k) services firm. Mr. Weber received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in economics from the College of William & Mary. He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter from the CFA Institute.
