Bio

Chris Pedone has been working in Freeman & Co.’s M&A and Advisory Services practice since 2008. While completing transactions in a wide range of financial sectors, he has focused his efforts on the firm’s Broker-Dealer and Financial Technology practices as well as maintaining the firm’s Private Equity coverage. He joined Freeman & Co. in 2004 in the Freeman Consulting Services group. Prior to joining Freeman & Co., Chris worked as a Financial Analyst and Associate Underwriter at CIGNA Corporation. Chris received a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University with a concentration in Finance and earned his CFA charter from the CFA Institute in 2010.
