Joop Eras has a long track record in commercial roles at packaging companies and in non-food consumer products. In his career, Joop has developed in-depth knowledge of the sales function within organisations. He is passionate about helping relationships achieve and exceed their business goals. Joop has experienced the professionalisation of the sales function up close, driven by an increase in the complexity of the sales situation and the need for companies to distinguish themselves from the competition. Within the packaging sector, Joop has built up a large network over more than 25 years at Pacoma Europe (formerly Siat Benelux) and before that at De Witt Cartoseal.
