Michael Del Pero has more than 18 years of experience providing M&A and financial advisory services to founder-owned and privately held middle market companies and publicly held corporations both in the U.S. and internationally. He has served as the lead advisor in strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, business valuations, strategic reviews, and distressed situations. Mr. Del Pero has worked on more than 100 transactions for Fortune 500, private equity, and industry leading private equity clients, including numerous international and cross border transactions. Mr. Del Pero leads FocalPoint’s Industrials practice, with significant experience in the fields of aerospace and defense, plastics, packaging, specialty materials, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), and industrial technology. Prior to joining FocalPoint, he helped build the aerospace and defense practice at McGladrey Capital Markets and also formed their specialty industrials group with a specialization in plastics and advanced materials. Mr. Del Pero earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
