Joel Lindenberg is a senior vice president at Focal Point Partners and has approximately 15 years of experience advising owners of middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity recapitalizations, and corporate development strategy. Previously, Joel was director of corporate development at AchieveNext, LLC where he advised chief financial officers on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets strategy. Mr. Lindenberg has an extensive track record assisting entrepreneurs in raising capital and achieving liquidity events. In addition to his core finance expertise, he has been instrumental in founding, building, and exiting several technology companies as an executive, angel investor, and board member. Joel is passionate about helping companies grow, while creating significant value in every phase of the business life cycle. A graduate of Singularity University’s Executive Program in exponential technologies, he holds a Master’s degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
