Bio

Duane Stullich is a co-founder of FocalPoint and has approximately 25 years of experience advising owners and stakeholders of middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and/or equity capital, and special situations, including corporate bankruptcies. In addition to leading transactions, Duane has spearheaded FocalPoint’s international expansion and social outreach programs. For three years running, he has been named in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “LA 500” list, an acknowledgement of Angelenos who have impacted the community with business accomplishments and civic and philanthropic leadership. Prior to FocalPoint, Duane was one of the key contributors to the establishment of Houlihan Lokey’s investment banking group. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from California State University, Northridge and received his Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
