Frank Fuchs has over 25 years of experience as a top manager in companies with up to 4,000 employees. The focus of his work is on the IT and IT security, healthcare and financial services sectors. For more than 15 years he has been advising on portfolio acquisitions in the context of private equity projects, and has so far supported more than 30 mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with transaction sizes between ten and 200 million euros. For seven years, Frank Fuchs was a board member of the “IT Security Made in Germany” export initiative supported by the Federal Ministries of Economics (BMWi) and the Interior (BMI). In 2005 he received the National Leadership Award IT from the Economic Forum Germany and, in addition to his consulting activities, is also active as a business angel.
