Evan joined Financo’s London office in 2014, and he leads the firm’s European activities. He has 13 years of experience advising businesses across several categories, including Beauty & Personal Care, E-Commerce, Fashion & Apparel and Leisure. Evan’s expertise includes M&A, growth capital raises, equity and debt capital markets transactions and restructuring. Prior to joining Financo, Evan was a member of the European Retail and Consumer Group at Jefferies. Before that, he worked at the consumer-focused investment bank, McQueen, and he began his career at Credit Suisse. Evan received an MSc in Chemistry from Oxford University.
