Ulrik Falk is one of the founding partners of FIH Partners. Mr. Falk has +25 years of investment banking experience from FIH Partners and Carnegie Investment Banking. Mr. Falk has extensive experience from a long list of transactions including divestments, acquisitions, restructurings, debt advisory, mergers and IPOs/equity offerings. Mr. Falk has experience from working with clients and counterparts from a diverse range of industries including medtech, pharma, biotech, consumer goods/FMCG/retail, fashion/luxury goods, industry, real estate, chemicals, logistics, trading, coatings, IT, service, mining and shipping. Mr. Falk has advised on transactions in Europe, US, China, Southeast Asia, Australia, South America and Africa. Mr. Falk has a M.Sc. degree in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
