Zac Frost is a Managing Director with Fidus Partners. Mr. Frost has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience focused on merger and acquisition, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions. He has also held operating roles in several industries. He has extensive experience in business and industrial services, niche and highly-engineered manufacturing, and software / technology / tech-enabled services sectors. Mr. Frost joined Fidus in 2015. Prior to joining Fidus, he worked in middle market advisory services at both Brookwood Associates and at Lazard Middle Market. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Frost was a Vice President in client development at First Data Corporation. Before First Data, he worked in the corporate development and M&A group for West Corporation. He began his career in investment banking in the Global Debt Capital Markets group at Banc of America Securities LLC. Mr. Frost currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Charlotte chapter (previously held President and Treasurer roles), and actively serves on his church’s leadership team as a deacon. Mr. Frost earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
